How do I pay my bill?

We accept payment via all major credit cards online via our customer assistant site as well as over the phone. We also accept checks mailed to the office. We do not accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, etc.

What if I can’t find my invoice?

Unless prepaid or on autopay, invoices are posted to your account in the customer assistant website following the completion of each treatment, as well as sent to you directly via email or regular mail. Please allow 48 hours following a treatment before reaching out with invoice concerns.

When is payment due for a completed service?

Invoices are due upon receipt. Follow up emails will be sent with reminders after 14 and 30 days past due. Invoices that reach 60 days will result in a service hold being placed on the account. Unpaid invoices after 90 days will be turned over to a collection agency.

How long will you be at my property?

Treatments are typically pretty quick! Our technicians are equipped with the most efficient pieces of equipment to treat any size lawn, and the speed at which they treat is set by the equipment and cannot be adjusted. This allows us to keep costs down and pricing competitive.

How long does a treatment take to show effect?

Products used during service take 14 days to show full effect. Please allow the full 14 days before reaching out to schedule a call back treatment or with concerns about the treatment’s effectiveness.

What if I have a weed breakout in between treatments?

Service calls between visits are offered only to clients who are signed up for our full 6 Application program. Those with fewer scheduled treatments may be more susceptible to weed pressure and will need to add additional visits to their program.

How long do I need to stay off the lawn following an application?

For liquid applications (#2,4,5) please keep off until the spray has dried completely. This may be as little as 2-4 hours on a sunny day. 6-8 hours on a humid or overcast day.

Granular applications (#1,3,6) can be walked on with shoes immediately following the departure of the technician. However, please carefully monitor pets and children. Do not allow pets or children to consume or play in the granular material.

Please refer to the detailed instructions on your notification email for directions specific to your application.

What if my application conflicts with my mowing schedule?

We ask that you please reschedule your lawn mowing for 48+ hours after the lawn application has been completed. In order to keep our pricing competitive we cannot always reschedule a lawn application around your lawn mowing schedule. Your technician spends a limited number of days per round in your neighborhood and cannot circle back. You may ask to reschedule but we cannot guarantee a new date before the next scheduled application 6-7 weeks later

What if it rains right after an application?

We do our best to monitor forecasts and watch for excessive rain. Sometimes a surprise pop-up shower will come up.

Rain is good for a granular application, so if your lawn has application #1,3 or 6 done prior to rainfall there is no need to worry.

However, if a heavy rainfall occurs right after a liquid application it may need to be reapplied. In accordance with the Ohio and Kentucky Departments of Agriculture we must wait 14 days to re-apply a herbicide application. If you notice that your application has not been effective due to a heavyrain please let us know AFTER the 14 day waiting period and we will schedule another visit.

Note: A light rain or mist before, during or after any application WILL NOT render the treatment ineffective.

I tried to reach out to the office but have not heard back yet. What should I do?

As a small local business, we do not utilize a call center and believe that our personal customer service sets us apart from the competition. During busier periods of the year, this can lead to large volumes of calls and emails. We do our very best to respond to everybody in a timely manner, but we ask that you allow us 48 hours to respond to emails and 24 hours to respond to voicemails to allow us to be able to get to everybody. If you do not receive a response in this time frame, feel free to reach out again as messages do occasionally get missed and we want to make sure you are taken care of.
