Terms (as of last update 01/15/2026):

-Referral must sign up for a 6 app program for you to qualify for a referral credit.

-This form must have all the *required items filled out completely in order to qualify.

-The referral credit will be applied to your next invoice and has no cash value. If you have already prepaid for the year the credit can be used the
following year. The credit cannot be used as a refund or for a “free” service.

-The credit cannot be applied retroactively for referrals given prior to the date of this forms’ creation on 4/15/2025 or date of submission.

-Referrals to existing customers who are already signed up for a 6 app program will not be eligible for the credit.

-The credit will not be applied until after the referred individual signs up for service.

-Any disputes regarding this form, referrals or credits will be resolved at the complete discretion of TurfGrass Experts management team.
